I'd never tried a matcha before…the thought if dried grass was not appealing. However, my first cup tonight was a surprise. Yes, like clean, fresh grass but very light and clean tasting. With 1 tsp of honey, 6oz of 190 degree water and 3 minute steep. Lovely!I don't know how this compares with premium matcha powder, prepared the proper way, but for now, this will be my matcha.

I drink a lot of matcha green tea blend and I’ve tried quite a few different brands and this is one of my favorites, it almost seems to have added flavor which gives it a hint of a different taste and a bit pricey, but good quality
