Best waterpump on the market
This is a top of the line water pump for rv's and is factory installed on a lot of upper end rv's. The quality is second to none and a 4 year warranty speaks for itself. Update, we have used this pump now and it's working like a dream, so quiet and pressure is perfect. We live in our class A motorhome and we can't hear it run

So far appears to be a great value fresh pump.
Only 2 months in, so durability not evaluated yet.Overall whilst I haven't experienced any measure of longevity yet, the "fit, form and function" of this fresh pump seems to be quite the value for basic needs such as mine. Surely not the same total experience as a higher flow pump with multiple diaphragms and increased noise abatement, but for those who don't need such a premium experience (with quite dear costs) this pump is quite nice and presents much better value IMO.Bottom line:- Noise level: Not measured, but quite acceptable to me. With it mounted directly under the berth I *do* hear it throughout the boat, however at absolutely minimal volumes that I don't foresee waking anyone except the lightest sleeper. If the tank goes empty and it starts pushing air it will hammer a bit. Some day I'll break out the db meter and measure this.- On demand sensing works great - when I turn on the faucet, water is there and continues to be there. This is perhaps the most important aspect to creating an "at home" experience - no footswitches or pumps, not buttons, just a regular ole faucet.- No hammering or surging even with just a single diaphragm until water gets low - if it starts drawing air then it hammers. To be frank I like this as I don't have a gauge in my fresh tank, so this acts as my alert that water if very low.- While I have only two faucets, the flow is quite sufficient. Wash dishes, even rinse down cabin floor or countertop without any problem.- Same install as any other pump, quite easy particularly when combined with pex.I have to remind myself to take some photos / videos for everyone. I used this to replace a manual freshwater plumbing system in my sailboat and honestly I kind of hate the maritime industry, so when I saw an item that was more appropriately priced for it's design and manufacturing costs, I decided to give it a try.I'm very glad I did, this little guy so far is proving itself out very nicely. I've already recommended it to several rag haulers who are still pumping faucets.

Does the job
Easy set up, good pressure, and love that it has a filter with it. Use it at a hand washing station and it does great out in the field.

Water pump
It a great silent pump but I wish they made the base of the metal instead of rubber

Amazingly quiet and effective pump for our RV
We have an older (1991) motorhome that still had its original water pump. Since we bought the RV when it was already 27 years old, we didn't think much about how noisy the old pump was when it ran and how much it vibrated all the pipes. It got so bad that it actually cracked a PEX connector in my plumbing from all the vibration. Fortunately we caught it before too much of a flood. That was the incentive to look for a better pump in hopes of getting one that would be quieter and not vibrate the whole RV when you flushed the toilet. After doing quite a bit of research and looking at reviews we chose the SeaFlo pump. It's a good name brand and had a reputation of being relatively quiet. We couldn't be happier with it. We installed it with a SeaFlo Accumulator tank (0.75 l) and after hooking it up and wiring it up I went ahead and turned it on. At first I thought it wasn't working because I didn't hear ANYTHING! However the water started coming out the faucet and when I got closer to it or put my hand on the pump it was clear it was in fact working, but was living up to its QUIET reputation.I highly recommend this pump. You could spend less on a cheap knockoff import unit, but seriously is it really worth saving a few dollars on something that probably won't last and may be rather noisy when you can get the best with SeaFlo.And no, I'm not paid by SeaFlo to do this review, I'm just incredibly impressed with the quality and want to share that.

Died within 2 weeks of use
I've had it hooked up for two to three weeks. I don't even use it that much. I was taking a shower yesterday. It wasn't on for very long at all because I turn the shower on and off with the shower head button on/off switch. All of a sudden, there's no pressure. So I have to get out all soapy go outside in the back of the RV and go check the pump, and it's super hot. After about an hour it pumps about two pounds of pressure. I mean basically zero pressure If the Shurflo company can see this, can you guys send me another one?I have another larger your flow one coming. I hope that one doesn't break down as well. I wouldn't recommend this pump at all. I don't even know how to try to send it back. I don't know who to contact. I bought it in March, but I didn't hook it up until about three weeks ago. All I use the pump for is a little bit of kitchen water and a shower a couple of times a week. Like I said, I turn the water off while soaping, so the pump doesn't work too much; that definitely isn't the problem. Pump isn't any good .Well, I'm screwed. I'm going to try to get hold of the company. I can't even figure out how to do that . It's not just the $50 that I'm out . It's hooking it up it's not so easy. The fittings weren't so great and it wasn't easy to hook up. Maybe If they help me out, I'll change my one-star review. I know things happen, but I need a pump that works. You can't be changing them over and over. I should have just gotten a better one to begin with. Well I'm screwed I don't even know how I'm going to get a pump in there

Quality product, easy DIY install.
Easy install to replace an 8 year old pump in a small RV that was sputtering. Screwdriver to remove old pump, reconnect in and out hoses and snip 2 wires and heat seal back onto new pump. Quieter and seems sturdy. Very pleased with this purchase. I saved a lot of money by doing this myself.
