Nice minty flavor. I keep some handy, not so much as breath mint, but because I read that Spry Mints ingredient of xylitol is beneficial for teeth. Apparently, according to Gemini A.I., xylitol has been shown to help reduce the risk of tooth decay and cavities. I pop one or two after I eat lunch at work if I don't have time to brush my teeth. Crisp flavor, healthy ingredients (apparently), the right size for after-eating, and crunchy texture if you chew it. I think they're great. Keep them away from pets, however!

These are by far the best sugar-free mints! They are sweetened with xylitol, which is actually good for you. No funky aftertaste. Every time I see my grandkids, the first thing they ask me is if they can have a mint. :)
