The Baleaf shorts are the best bicycling shorts ever.I've been riding for 40 years. I used to buy only Pearl Izumi. I would spend hundreds of dollars a year for their shorts, bibs and jerseys.Expensive, but it was worth it--in the past. The most recent pair of Pearl Izumi Attack shorts I bought from Amazon had crummy grippers and a weak elastic waist. They bunched when I pulled them on. I immediately returned them and bought the Baleaf.Baleaf: Half the price and twice the quality--great fabric, quality materials, smooth fit, and pockets!! I'll never buy Pearl Izumi again--a formerly great brand. Must now be owned by private equity or something.Pearl Izumi lost a customer for life and Baleaf gained one.Highly recommended

i now own 2 pair. These are perfect for me. I have a 34 waist and bought medium cycling shorts. They are comfortable and fit snug which means the padding stays in place. A few cyclists tried to get me to try bib shorts, but I'm so happy with the performance and quality of these I'll pass on the bibs for now. I hand wash my shorts right after my rides and they air dry so I expect they will last a long time. My first pair I've had over a year and the other just 2 months.

These shorts surprised me. Quite nice for the price and the phone pocket comes in handy. Only nit is the rise is shorter than Pearl Izumi shorts I have. Wish they came up an inch or two higher on my waist. Have two pair; they’ve held up well so far.

These are the best generic bicycle shorts on Amazon (and are better than some of the European brands, too). I've tried five of the most popular brands on Amazon, and these have the best fit, feel, and comfort. I ride daily and these will be my goto from now on. They are true to the size chart.

Love these so far. Love the pockets in the front. These are a fraction of the price of my pearl izumi shorts and so far are a better quality. My Peal iZumi shorts had the seems come undone the crotch after a few months.

Have not road tested yet. I'm 5'4" ,160 lbs , 32 waist . Ordered medium, it was way tight. Re-ordered large , fit is good. Like quality of material and stitching , padding is good. Do not like low fit front and back. Feels like exposing a plumbers crack leaning forward . Also ordered another brand to compare and preferred the fit of Bikewa. Ok , after 100 mi. road test of both the Baleaf was clear winner in comfort and all day wearability. Upgraded to stars

I like these. Gotthem for $24.49 during a Prime sale. I don't miss Pearl Izumi in any way. Here, the padding is quite good - no more chamois. Love the deep pocket on each side. Returned a medium for a large -waist was too tight, now knee area is slightly loose. Probably a ME problem...
