Worked fabulously!!!
Arrived a day late BUT absolutely worth the wait! The solution has the feel of water thin baby oil. No odor. No stinging when applied to very, very irritated/sensitive skin after several wound care procedures caused tape residue to build up post back surgery. This stuff is better than what we use in the hospital for bandage/tape/adhesive residue. The solution loosens and lifts very sticky Transpore tape with ease. Didn't need to use much of it at all and have plenty left for future use but would surely buy again if needed. Note: quickly wipe away any solution that might drip on floor as the splatter widens fast and is VERY slippery. Great stuff though for getting that nasty residual adhesive off skin with no pain and minimal effort.

Works great, but leaves greasy residue easily removed with soap and water
Works great at removing the residual adhesive from my arm when I change my continuous glucose monitor. As many other reviews have noted, it leaves an oily, greasy residue on my hands and arm that I remove with soap and water.

works great
This works great to remove gauze dressing that has a sticky adhesive border. The adhesive gauze is hard to remove without causing some kind of pain or discomfort. I tried warm water and an oil to soften it, but it didn’t work. I pour some of this Goo Gone on the gauze and let it sit for about 2 minutes. Then I start lifting. I might add some drops under the gauze as I lift if it starts to resist. But normally I can lift it off without any problem. I have not tried it on any other types of wound dressing.

Perfect for Dexcom G7 users!
Works well at removing sticky residue from Dexcom G7 glucose monitor site! We use baby oil to first loosen and remove the G7 monitor, then use cotton balls and the Goo Gone to rid the area of the sticky residue left by the monitor seal.

Works well when acetone wouldn’t
Works well. Took off the adhesive when acetone would not. You have to rub it quite a bit, but it works.

Excellent adhesive removal for skin
Works really well on adhesive patch residue. Barely had to rub to get it off. Did not irritate the skin at all. Well worth it!

Goo Removal Takes A While
Medical Goo Gone eventually removed the sticky residue left on my skin by EKG sensor pads, but it took an hour of repeated applications to all of the sites. Then because the product is oily, I had to wash the areas with Dawn dish soap and water to get the product off of my skin…regular soap doesn’t work well.

Best at removing adhesive residue!
Works great for removing residue from breath right strips, hostage tape (anti-snoring mouth strips) and HRT stickers! The only con is that it works great on removing its own label as well. I took it on vacation and it leaked in my leak proof bag and completely removed its label (letters, paper- everything). Be really careful what this touches.
