A must have for new piercings! Or to keep your older piercings clean. So far we have used this spray for eye brow, snake bites, nose, septum, and to clean ear gages. Don't fall for the sprays that say for piercings this one works just as good if not better and is less expensive.

10/10. I used this with my fresh piercings or if they become irritated. My daughter just got her ears pierced and we’ve been using it to clean her earrings too. It comes out in a fast jet so I have to press just right to get just a little bit but it lasts FOREVER! Love it!

I am using this for my noise piercing , and I’m very satisfied with the results. It is very easy to use and more inexpensive compared to the other options.

Great saline lasts a long time, does shoot out pressurized

I got a new piercing for the first time in many many years and this was an absolute lifesaver. My new piercing got very irritated when the flatback tip fell off. A lot of dried blood and crusties. Yuck! As much as I wanted to wipe away the blood and crusties with Q-tips and tissue, I refrained because I noticed that they were just irritating my piercing even more. I switched to using this spray ONLY. No Kleenex (except to wipe away any dripping saline solution from the side of my face), no Q-tips, nothing. My piercing is doing so much better after only a week and a half! The saline spray basically "dissolved" the crusties and dried blood. I can tell my piercing is still healing as it's only 3.5 months old but it's improved a lot.The only reason I knocked off one star though for this is that this bottle does not last long. I was expecting it to last at least a few months but it lasted only about a week and a half. I used it 2x/day (once in the AM, once in the PM). Very short sprays directly on my piercing. I realize now that it's super cheap because it doesn't last very long. If there's a bigger size, I'd recommend getting that for any piercings.

I finally got my daith pierced, and this is great for cleaning the piercing before bed. Super simple and lasts a while.
