Fantastic for tea and baking
Bought for baking lavender highlanders and also to add to my loose tealeaves. Taste very good baked/ in tea and frothy milk/milkshakes the smell is amazing colour will fade after bit of time but dose not affect lavender. Excellent quantity as I have 2/3 of the tub so it last while.I appreciated the disclaimer about some leavs/some twigs may be present as part of the picking process as other brands did not warn of this.

🪻 Great Quality for Infusions—Minor Sorting Needed
Used these to create a lavender, honey, and gin infusion for a professional kitchen setting, and they delivered beautifully. The colour is vivid, the buds are fragrant, and the floral notes came through really well in the final product.Only reason for 4 stars is that there were a few small stems mixed in, which you’d need to pick out if using for garnishes or cosmetic purposes (like soap). That said, the quality overall makes the extra step worthwhile.🌸 Strong aroma & colour🍯 Excellent for culinary use🪻 Just a bit of sorting needed

Excellent value and makes lovely Lavender Tea
So I was wanting Lavender tea but the tea bags were crazy expensive. I got an infuser cup from Tesco (£6) and you only need half a teaspoon of these flowers for a good scented and tasting Lavender Tea. I will definitely buy this again (although it’ll take me a while to get through this one!)I you want Lavender Tea this is definitely the best value for money and a lovely quality too

Not Culinary Lavender
Not what it claims to be in the description, this is not culinary lavender, if this is from the Highlands then it is the Northern Highlands of China not Scotland as I assumed. The tub seal is sitting inside the lid not even remotely sealed, and has very little smell, it is very poor quality, it claims no stems, leaves or impurities etc, since there is no way I would use this for the purpose I intend, I decided make organza lavender bags, within minutes the inside of my nose was burning and I had to put a mask on to finish them, 3 hours later and I still have that burning sensation in my nose and feels like it is catching my throat, as you can see from the photos, it does have stalks, leaves dirt/sand and a stone! I have given this one star simply because I couldn’t go any lower it may appear good value for the money, for a the quantity but false economy, save you money and buy something decent. I should have read the reviews.

Great product
Beautiful lavender. It smells divine and is packaged well. I used mine as part of stuffing for microwave heat pads and when heated the aroma was amazing.

very good
I use this product on roast lamb and make lavender icecream. It's not too overpowering but it does give a subtle lavender sweetness
