This is fantastic foundation. I have tried a great many and recently, I purchased a more expensive brand, but found that the brand ran too yellow for my complexion. Even though I am Latin, I am very fair toned and any moisturizer with a yellowish tint just makes me appear sallow and sickly. Who wants THAT????. I gave this a try.. Perfect match. - the porcelain tint worked like a charm. The prices was right.. the ingredients great for my skin. Just lovely. My skin looks fresh - polished. It does not feel heavy, but then again, I don't use it to cover, just to polish and give it a 'glow'. I also purchased their blush! Will buy another tint.. they are also buttery and fabulous!

I love this foundation. It's light weight, but offers buildable coverage. I haven't suffered any break outs with my sensitive skin which I love. This is the best organic foundation I have ever tried. The other reviewers are correct in that you should check Harvest's website for your correct shade. I got Cork. Which looks too dark for my palish skin with yellow under tones, however it ended being the perfect skin tone for me when I tried it out on my hand for the first time. (I decided on cork due to the Harvest site's breakdown of colors offered). I have worn this with primer and without primer and I like the look of both. I can wear this for 12 hours and not have any issues, which is a first for me. I'm curious to see how long this foundation will last if I use every day, but its well worth the price. If you haven't already... You should also checkout the harvest Concealer and blush stick. They work wonderful all together. So happy I found this company on Amazon. I will become a customer for life! :)(Edit) 1 year later and I still love this foundation. A little goes a long way for me. It still doesnt cause me to break out (which is a miracle). I had to go to an event and tried something else and ended up regretting it. (It looked good on the day, but I was fighting bad/big breakouts for 2 weeks before my skin calmed down). As soon as the breakouts were over I went back to this foundation and had no problems. Also, because I've become much paler I like to mix the foundation with their concealer & it works great.

Works well. A bit thick but smell is pleasant and the shade is nice. I use a tiny bit of natural tallow on my face as primer before applying.

I tried many foundations before figuring out that I was allergic to titanium dioxide. This discovery led me on a search the likes of mission impossible. I decided to try this brand and am so glad I chose wisely. I doubt that picking a different brand would have resulted in me shriveling up and turning to dust, but it's nice to be done with the search before having to call Sherlock. Yes, you have to be careful with the pump. One is sufficient. However, that's a small price to pay to not look like a Sharknado surviver. It goes on smoothly and doesn't cake. The color is perfect. I hope this company lasts as long as I do, or at least as long as makeup makes more sense than hiring Miracle Max.

This has a lovely smell and has a very clean ingredient list, however there are several things I don't like about it. For one, once it goes on it's a little cake-y and settles into lines and wrinkles; it also dries a bit too matte for my taste. And secondly, the pump is so stiff you can't do a half or quarter pump; every pump is a full pump which is such a waste if you need just a little more or are blending a little of this into another foundation or bb cream or different color. I always apply it with a damp beauty blender and it's still too dry and matte of a look, I just can't get it to look flattering or lightweight or natural. It looks like thick foundation even though it's liquid and not super thick.

I love this organic, non-toxic foundation. It also does NOT have a perfume scent. I use the almond shade year round. With or without a tan the color looks beautiful on my skin and blends in so well. I am thrilled with the price for the quality of the product. Thanks to Harvest for a top flight foundation!

I am extremely fair-skinned with red hair. I have a lot of red on my cheeks and face. Possibly Rosacea. Clean products are really important to me for all the reasons including having sensitive skin (and just not wanting to put something toxic on my skin. It is really hard to find any foundation that can blend the red with the rest of my pale skin and not look shocking different and drastic from my neck. It is especially hard to find makeup that is truly made of clean and healthy ingredients that will do this. I have tried around 4-5 organic/natural foundations that look on the surface to be around the same color or are recommended for fair-skinned redheads and most of them are too orange-colored once applied. This brand does not have any of those problems! In the bottle, I thought it might be too tan for my complexion. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that it blends in with my tones almost perfectly and evens everything out. The redness in my face can make me feel insecure. This makeup has really helped. It is pricier than your big name, not organic brands for sure. But it is worth it. I use it 2-3 times a week and it lasted me from March through October. Highly recommend if any of the above things are also important to you. In the photos, the one with my cat is no makeup. Without my cat and my hair is up is at the end of a long day, 10 hours after using this foundation. It is subtle but I think you can see the difference in skin tone. I almost never write reviews on here but wanted to give this company a boost because they are great. :)

I loved this foundation but unfortunately after trying 3 shades I realized there isn’t one to match my skin :( I have pretty basic skin color too but I tried the nude (too light) then bamboo (too orange) then almond was way too dark. I am disappointed because I loved the quality and ingredients. The coverage is great, it feels buttery soft on the skin and it has a nice faint smell of vanilla. Also it adjusts to your skin tone but not enough to match mine
