Helping with aches, pains and trouble sleeping.
I got this large bag of magnesium flakes. I’ve made a foot spray with it and put it in my bath. Helps sooth aches and pains and helps with my menopause insomnia. Sleeping better. Measuring cup for size of bag reference bag is 12 pounds.

Works wonderfully
I made magnesium body butter with this and it’s wonderful. Dissolved easily and completely. Helped so much with my muscle cramps and pain. Very relaxing!

Ive only used it once. already ordered more have suggested it to more to at least try it. my son uses it and has health issues and feels better using flakes.

Very soothing and effective
Very effective in helping to dry up a toe cyst by soaking daily for 30 minutes. Add a few cups of salt to warm water and relax. The daily salt water bath was very soothing to the feet and provided for a quiet opportunity to work on my NYT games. The product comes in a resealable bag which is an added benefit.

These have a slightly "oily" feel to them so because careful as you enter and exit the water they are in.
