How do I set up my laptops/desktops to use this headphones?

Pls Go to Settings--Sound--Input(Output)--Select a Device for Sound Input(Output), then choose USB, to make the earbuds work.

Why do my new headphones have no sound using on my mobile?

If the earbuds has No Sound when using on mobile, go to Setting-Developer Options, find "Disable USB audio routing", Close this option.
