It's funny that we get urgently prompted to write product reviews about thirty seconds after an item has been delivered. I mean, can't you wait til I get it out of the box, haha? Also, ask me how I feel in two years, haha again. But yeah, I trust anker. For electronics, I'm going to pay the extra few cents or dollars for this name. Plus, most items go on sale in a round robin. I do trust anker for my wildly overpriced apple products. One thing I didn't notice/look for/care about when I purchased was that the two charger slots are different. One usb-c and one usb-A. C might be the up and coming trend but I still have far more A devices lying about the homestead looking for a charge, so the extra A slot is a welcome sight. I only use one of the boxes thus far, so I've got nothing to say about durability except that my other older anker chargers have held up just fine. Keep it up, anker, I'm sure I'll be back.

Having purchased several Anker items, this looked like a good deal, so I purchased this 2 pack a few months ago.I had not used them right away, and a few weeks ago I replaced one of my older chargers with one from this purchase. After a couple days, I realised that my phone was only about 50% charged in the morning.So.. I used the other one, and had the same issue. It charged at first, but if you unplugged the phone for any time and reconnected it, the phone did not charge. I contacted Anker customer service, and they sent a new 2 pack, telling me to dispose of the ones that did not work. The new ones work great. It's nice to see that they stand behind the product.

I still have an iPhone using the lightning plug and wife has new model using USB C and this is a great charger given that it has USB A and USB C ports. We used to take up both sockets on our kitchen counter outlets and now have only this charger plugged in saving an outlet for a toaster, etc. The included cords, although not their top quality offerings, are very serviceable and I consider them to be free based on the price of the combo. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

imho, there is no better name out there than Anker for power needs. I've tried multiple different brands over the years trying to save a buck or two, but inevitably they fail. I've made up my mind to just pay the extra $ for the Anker appliance(s) and have NEVER been disappointed. For the last 2 years now, it's all I'll ever buy for home, car, office, wireless charging needs. Always a solid, reliable product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:They work great and it helps that they contain both USB A and USB C ports as we still have both types of devices in our home. The product coming with two USB C to USB C cables is a nice bonus. A little bigger than I would have hoped compared to the USB C only 20W charger I have from Anker but overall very pleased.

I was pleasantly surprised as to how fast my iPad and iPhone recharged. The length of the cord is perfect for my needs. In addition to the speed, I like having the two ports type of ports especially for my old technology. I purchased the black for a quick identification of my charger that can handle the different type of USB ports.
