Very effective when not a lot of background noise
First thing to be aware of, these earbuds are not true hearing aids; they are amplifiers. On the product page they tend to use the terms interchangably. They are not the same thing.Whether or not these will work for you depends on what type of hearing loss you have and what situations you want to use them in and whether or not the style/design of the earbud fits your ear properly.I have tried mutiple brands of amplifiers with varying results. This is one of the more effective pairs I have tried.Several sizes of ear domes are included. I was able to get a good fit. The sound is clear and sharp with no distortion. The earbuds stay put even when I move around. This is important because a poor fit will allow feedback noise to bleed through. These are easy to operate. The earbuds paired to my S10 Android phone with no problems. They turn on and off automatically when removed and returned to the case. The volume controls are on the earbuds and are easy to control by tapping on the bud.Be sure to fully charge them in the case before using for the first time. I tried to use them upon arrival and they would not work until I charged them for a few more hours.I find the amplifiers are most useful in quiet settings when you need to hear one or two people, or a speaker. They work well in meetings and at lectures or presentations. In a noisy environment such as a restaurant, there is too much background noise. Plus they will amplify everything equally, even the sound of your own chewing (really, they do).I like the discrete look of these buds. They are fairly low profile and look like any other bluetooth headphone rather than hearing aids.At the time of my review, the company is offering free returns within 30 days. This makes them worth taking a chance on a purchase.

They worked then the didn't...
Update: These worked for about a week but now we seem to be having the same problem as others. Everything is fully charged but the right one just won't turn on anymore. I have had this issue in the past with others and they all are now in the junk drawer. I will play with these a little more since they did work at first but I don't have any hope. These hearing aids are an excellent option for older folks who want to improve their hearing without having to visit a doctor or pay a small fortune. These rechargeable in-ear hearing aids use a 16-channel digital chip with built-in silicon microphones and moving iron horns to provide crystal clear sound with minimal distortion. The infrared in-ear detection technology reduces whistling sounds upon wear, making these hearing devices much more comfortable to use.The touch controls and auto on/off features make these easy to operate. With a 2-3 hour charging time, these hearing aids can last up to 15 hours.Overall, I'm pretty impressed with them compared to some others in the past. They really help amplify sound and my mom doesn't have to listen to the TV nearly as loud. This makes the entire house a little happier. They are small and can be easily lost. My mom can't get down on the floor anymore so I'm occasionally searching for one she dropped. These are definitely a more affordable option without a prescription.

Works perfectly after you understand them
These hearing aids work perfectly but need to be charged to 100% before each use. There is a little bit of a learning curve to get used to how you use them and how to adjust the volume level, etc. If you find that you can't get them both to work, then just put both of them back in the case to reset for a minute, and then put them back in your ears. These are very discreet because they look like a normal pair of ear buds that you would wear for listening to music. They also fit very nicely in your ears and are comfortable to wear. There is a noise canceling feature on these hearing aids that is supposed to cancel out the background, but I am still figuring them out and how to use all of the features on them.I love that they are rechargeable and fit back into the case like AirPods where there's a magnet to make sure it is back in the case correctly. They do come with a quick start guide for you to be able to start using these as soon as they are charged. They have made these hearing aids very modern and quite user friendly!I really like them and am very impressed with them. Highly Recommend!

Patience Pays Off a Little Tricky But Worth Effort
This set of hearing aids is mid-range in price but seemed better quality than some others I have tried. They are very sensitive so it's important to get the size of the silicone plug part just right. There are 3 sizes of them included, I found that I needed different sizes in different ears. They are pretty small and tuck in your ear pretty well, not a lot to see once they are inserted all the way. I still have some learning and tweaking to get them perfect, but...when they are working well the sound clarity is amazing. The magnetic charging/storage case is rather small and lightweight, but the two hearing aids do fall into perfect position easily. The case connects with a simple USB-C cable. These were more expensive than two other over-the-counter models I have tried, but so far these are the best.

Seemed to be hit or miss
They worked fine, when they worked. I had some trouble getting them both to go on at the same time and one of them seemed to turn off on a random basis. When I could get them both to work they sounded pretty clear. I will keep trying, but found it a little frustrating.
