Collins Mental Maths (Collins Practice)

Excellent article of good material

We've been buying the mental math Collins practice for years because it helps revising different topics in a short time. There are 15 questions so it's easy to do a couple of pages per week to stay on top all math areas for the school year.

Bought for a year 5, 10 year old - has found it a good challenge and has really enjoyed it. Each page set out like a test so gives a good range or questions in each page. Would recommend

The tests are fun and my daughter loves them. They get harder each time, but cover a wide range of the topics they are working on, and it is a fun way of keeping revisiting learning while working through topics in another book. The questions are phrased well, and the illustrations are attractive and spark interest.

Nice book, my daughter actually enjoys doing these tests, she does one a day, an I can see that the things being asked are definitely in line with her Foundation stage ciriculum.

We used this quite a lot during 'home schooling' and it went down well with the children Ì had bought others for different ages and they were also very good
