1 Body Thyroid Support Supplement with Iodine, Vitamin B12, Zinc, 60-Day Supply, 2 Pack

I took these supplements for a month, as well as the adrenal ones (I'm going to leave the same review on both), with one Adrenal Support capsule in the morning and one Thyroid Support in the evening. I then stopped taking them for a month and now have started taking them regularly again. Here are my experiences:I was always tired and had difficulty sleeping, and would wake up in the morning feeling like I hadn't slept at all. I have also had chronic pain related to fibromyalgia for a long time. After having some tests done, my doctor told me about Adrenal Fatigue, and I did some reading about theories of how fibromyalgia is related to the body being stuck in "fight or flight" mode after a physical or psychological trauma. I had also had difficulty losing weight over the last five years, stuck on a plateau no matter what dietary changes, supplements, or excercise routines I tried. So the Adrenal Fatigue (and other hormonal problems related to the thyroid) diagnosis brought into view what could be causing or contributing to all of my problems. Reading about various natural solutions, I came across 1Body's products and decided to give them a try.Oh My Goodness. I wish I had found this sooner. I started sleeping better, waking up feeling rested, and that alone can fix so many health issues. I was also feeling more energetic throughout the day, not even feeling an afternoon slump or desire to nap. And to top it off, I didn't change my diet (I already eat a "healthy" diet, I know that's subjective, but most different dietary points of view these days agree on eating lots of vegetables, fish, and plant proteins and fats) and suddenly started steadily losing weight. I lost 10 pounds without changing anything but taking the 1Body Adrenal and Thyroid supplements, AND I started fitting comfortably into clothes that used to be too tight.When I stopped taking them for a month, I rode the high I was on for a while, continuing to sleep well and feel full of energy. It gradually declined, and before starting to take them again a few days ago, I felt like I needed to stay in bed all day and still not feel rested enough, again. I'm not saying I think I will have to take these for the rest of my life. My suspicions are that my hormonal levels took years/decades to get as bad as they are, and so I shouldn't expect to fix them in only one month. Hopefully, taking a month's worth and taking a short (not another month) break and then repeating the cycle, will eventually get my body re-programmed to function on it's own again. I'm trying to undo the physical damage of PTSD and I think this product is what I've been needing to do that.

Miller) – Jim Pavelka has a brain tumor which couldn't be biopsied and is on chemo.Medical(Debbie) Mike Higgins had a high resting pulse rate for several days and cardiologist told him to go to the ER at Porter Memorial and they put him in an IV drip of Cardizem which brought his pulse down to normal. Husband Don had colon surgery and almost died on Monday; Drs. found that he has a duodenal ulcer and he is better. Daughter Vickie 's neck was damaged in auto accident 2 yrs. ago and is being treated at a pain clinic.***Grandaughter Lynae's meningitis has cleared up!!(Eileen Borem) – Husband Harold has fibrosis of lungs – Dr. has put him on oxygen and wants to put him on a medicine that will slow its growth but not sure insurance will pay $85,000/yr. for it.Fam. friend David Valdetz in St. A's on a ventilator.(Mike Higgins) -Brother Pat had an angiogram on Tuesday and stints were put in his abdomen. The Dr. is planningsurgery on his leg (circulation) after he's recovered from the stint procedure.(D. Ivanyo) - d-i-l Amy's cousin has been taken to the hospital - Stephen needs exploratory surgery for swollen stomach w/bleeding.(D. Higgins) son David had wrist surgery on Oct. 30 and it went well and the splint has been removed and doing well.(J. Green) Norman Andrews (89) – Kidney function needs to improve or he will need to go on dialysis after Christmas. His number is now 19 and if it goes to 10, dialysis will be necessary. She has been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. She believes in God, but does not attend church.(Barb Polasek) sister Joan Harkness has developed Alzheimers.(Janet G.) for step grandson Bernie who lost the vision in his right eye cannot feel with his fingertips who had his appendix removed, but is still suffering abdominal pain and well as pain in his leg and is still undiagnosed.(Donna Ivanyo) – friend of d-i-l Amy – Blake Stanfill (in Christian singing group) whose wife Krissy was pregnant and was advised to end the pregnancy because of preclampsia which when the baby (Eli) was taken after 15 – 24 wks survived and is doing well!***(Tom Clark) Brother-in-law Ed Powell suffered a stroke and is doing better. Pray that God will lead him to a new purpose, and guide him to discover inner peace.(Janet G) - Sis-i-l's mother Barb Pilarchik has an inoperable tumor and is in a nursing home and on chemo.Norman and Dorothy Roe – Dorothy had surgery Oct. 20th and is getting stronger every day. She has some upper back pain that could be muscle spasms or arthritis and will have it checked.*****(Paul D.) co-worker Mike Halember is at home now and going to outpatient rehab in Chicago and is much better and his range of motion is improving and can walk w/o the hemi walker. They are thankful for the prayers.Cathy Watkins (from Bible Study) was bitten in the shin by a dog this summer and had surgery Sept 28th has developed an infection at the surgery site.***Cathy's cousin Carl (in Wales) had a stroke and is in the hospital. Hours after we prayed for him, he was released from the hospital with no major problems!(Tom Farley) – Adam Farley who has severe back problems but is back at work.Jenny Snow – has had many tests, and one Dr. said it could be silent migraines. (Nick, children and Sue M.)(Lynn Pampalone) Sharyn Kersey has a non-cancerous form of cachexia.(Matt Parr) Emmett Parr (4) He will need dialysis every other day via his chest. Pray for his mother Ashley concerning her employment environment and the stress of all this.(Lindsay Parr) Mother is being scheduled for open heart surgery---she has 3 blockages and likely also the carotid artery. Heart and valves are in good conditon, but surgery may force her to retire as she will need time to recover.(Donna Ivanyo) for Shayne (has Crone's disease) who will be having back surgery Friday to put in screws—he needs to go back to work. He needs pain relief and to be open to the Lord.(Rick Courtney) For co-worker Fred (68) and wife Heidi Lepey. Heidi has had her 2nd kidney transplantwith multiple other problems for 10 years---she has daily IV antibiotics for infections.Fred has been off work since March with cellulitis in his legs and serious heart problems. Their faith is getting stronger and are happy to be on our prayer list.(Gail Barnett) Brooke Barnett - the Dr. is watching the growth on her throat - not removed because the surgeon was concerned about the nerve in the face that runs along the jawbone.Gloria Carl – Pray that the Lord will give her razor-sharp mental acuity and great memory. She also suffers from acid reflux and fibromyalgia which is very painful.(Phyllis Curtis) Grandson Alex (25) born with congenital heart problems. He is doing fine since the surgery, but the stem needs to be replaced requiring life or death surgery.***(Charlotte Nowlin) - Joan and husband have recognized that she has an addiction problem and needs further help. Joan fell off a horse and was pretty badly bruised and had difficulty walking. Pray she does not lose her job due to these problems.Lisa Burleson – JoDee (6) Had a grand mal seizure on Tues. so Dr. increased her medicine.Jordan(10 ) is doing better in school behavior-wise and is back in Hebron part of the time, but is mean to her mother to the point of drawing blood. Rather than hitting her, Lisa locks her in her room for a short period of time until she calms down. Met with the school psychologist Thursday for solution.Lisa is still taking her on-line class to be a personal trainer and is half way through.Jesse has a lot of stress in school 3rd grade – esp. concerning Math.Ken's heart is in rhythm, but is stressed b/c of home situation and finds it hard to get enough rest since he works nights. This all puts a strain on their marriage. Lisa's family gives them good support in all this.(Don Koester) - Cousin Linda Stolberg (MS in CPCV) is becoming weaker---less physical and mental stamina.(Ethel Koester) – Bob Danielson (AZ) has had bone, pancreatic and now colon cancer and is on chemo and radiation.(Rich Cooper) –son Landon is doing better, but came home with a fever again. Rich is in more pain and had to get 5 teeth pulled and three cavities fixed so now having gotten rid of that infection his back surgery can be scheduled hopefully by the 1st week of December. He is ready to try whatever will help with the pain.
