Was very interested in giving these ago, more for a bit of extra stamina and energy than anything else.10 capsules in the box – so reasonably good value. I found the capsules tasteless and odourless and although they are fairly big, they were easy to swallow.Precious little information on the box and no included information leaflet/sheet, but it does say max of 1 capsule a day with plenty of water. A quick Google search for this type of product recommend at least a pint if you don’t drink enough water, you will most likely end up with a headache. There are also a few spelling mistakes on the box which for any form of medication/supplement is a bit worrying!Took about an hour to kick in, but I did feel more alert and awake, and did feel as though I had a bit more get-up and go but whether that was just a placebo effect, as I wanted these to work, I’m unsure.Use by date of May 2025 so have a long shelf life.

I have tried a few variations of the supplements that aim to mimic the popular blue pill, but i tend to use these in the context of wanting more energy rather than bedroom adventures, as i work long hours in hospitality and can do with a real spring in my stride.These capsules are tasteless and odourless and easy to swallow.Its strictly 1 capsule a day with plenty of water and with all these types of products / supplements, any medical conditions, high blood pressure etc must be checked out first.taken 30-45 minutes to allow the effects to kick in, I find these supplements have really made a difference to me and the effect can be felt for several hours.Most of these supplements mimic the blue diamond shape so familiar to many. They also in most cases contain ginkgo biloba, ginseng and maca to name a new of the 8 elements in this formula.When your looking at prices on Amazon online, they also carry the unit cost as well, which is helpful for comparisons.This is a 700mg formula and there are 10 capsules included with May 2025 as the use before date, so plenty of life in them.Overall i will certainly use them with my work energy needs, certainly effective.
