Sharp, works well though only used once so farprotects fingers from grating too, always handy! much better than cheap stainless ones have used in past

Be careful if you don't want wet cheese
Certainly very sharp, maybe a little narrow for my liking but the biggest issue is that the handle is hollow and not properly sealed so after being washed I've tipped it up to do some grating on a couple of occasions to be greeted by a cascade of water running out of the handle and down the blade.
