Wonderful tool for nagging pain relief!
Best little wedge there is! This is a wonderful tool for any piriformis pain. Durable, easy to use, and perfect size to work trigger points and inflamed or uncomfortable body parts. I have used it consistently since purchased and amazed at how well it works. Also FSA/HSA eligible, at least when I bought it.,

Great blade
This lil guy is AMAZING. I have piriformis syndrome and a tennis ball has worked pretty well thus far- but not nearly as good as this. The “blade” is exactly what my piriformis needs. The pain and relief of using this is incredible. A tennis ball just can’t cut in enough. I really like tthe 3 different sides- it gives you the chance to experiment and see what feels best for your particular condition. This is my first night of pain relief and Im so glad I got this.

This saved my life!
This product literally saved my life!I had a terrible bout with sciatica that was excruciating.Once I bought this, I would lay on it in bed and just put it under the painful area and just lay there until I felt that area relieve, then I’d move it up the spine to the next area and repeat until each area felt relief. This (plus my chiropractor) helped my sciatica go away within 3 weeks!!I still use it on occasion now when my back or glutes are tight! Highly recommend

Large/Red is NOT the Same material as Medium/Yellow!
(Disclaimer: I am a massage therapist and may use these differently than intended).I first bought the yellow/medium density - Love It. It is made of silicone, which is grippy and somewhat mailable. I actually have not used it for my piriformis, but it's GREAT to grab and mobilize skin/fascia of forearms, neck, legs, etc - kind of like they show on the arm, in the last part of the product video (but a bit deeper and slower). The silicone grabs and pulls similarly to how I use my hands in some myofascial release techniques. It also fits my hand perfectly.I thought I'd try the the Red/Large one (I was hoping it might work like the DaVinci Tool, but did not). Is about twice as big as the yellow. Unfortunately it's Polyurethane (which I didn't read initially). It slides, and does NOT grab the skin to mobilize. It might be good to sit on for piriformis, but I didn't want to try it since I plan to return it. Might be good for some techniques, but not my needs. I might try the black, since it's silicone, but supposedly firmer.

Yellow triangle for the win
I’ve been dealing with a muscle/tendon or whatever.. feeling “stuck” in my femur head area for years. I tried to use every type of massage ball to target the area but nothing worked as well as this triangle design. I set it at the spot then just let my body relax over it.. took probably 20 minutes before I felt the area release.

Mistake!
My sciatica condition has been improving during the last few weeks using a therapy device.Unfortunately I kept looking for something more, and ended up buying this "glute blade". Mistake!! This hurt me profoundly, thus wasting all previous gains!!

For targeting very specific trigger points in the glutes and hips
As a former massage therapist who is currently experiencing sciatic nerve pain in my leg and low back I can tell you this is an incredibly useful tool. It may seem a little on the expensive side for what it is, but I assure you if you need to target the piriformis muscle in the glutes a tool like this it will be well worth it.I recommend pairing it with a tennis ball or massage ball to warm up the glute/hip area first. Then you can use the glute blade to target very specific spots. It is important that once you find a trigger point that you hold it for 30-90 seconds to release it.This is a powerful tool. But it is for very specific targeting. I’m glad I purchased it. After two weeks of intense pain and seeing a very good massage therapist twice, this is what finally released the insane amount of tension I was experiencing.

Not as useful as described
It's OK. Not worth $20 though... It does pretty much the same thing as a rubber ball and it is harder to use in the sense that you really need to put it in the exact spot, unlike the ball where you just pretty much roll over it looking for the sweet spot. Not worth it in my opinion.
