I don't see the measurement for the circumference of the top of the jug can you fit your hand down inside to be able to wash the inside of jug ?thankx

The Jars and Cups are much larger than I thought they would be, but the neck of the bottle is small only about 3 fingers wide. They are clay and come with cleaning and care instructions

What can I put under the jug for the water leak?

I purchased a cork mat that does a pretty good job. You just have to dry it out every few days because the pad can only absorb so much and the carafe is always condensation when there’s water in it

Smells bad

I was very disappointed with this product. Unfortunately, I threw away the box, so I couldn’t request a return. The product has a terrible smell that doesn’t go away no matter what I try, and the quality is far below what I expected. I definitely would not recommend it especially with the price that is unjustified with this quality
