As a dedicated tea drinker in the morning, and throughout the day, I think this is the best of the English tea brands. It has a full taste, without being overpowering, as well as subtle other flavors from being blended with a variety of high end teas. I always travel with a number of these tea bags stashed in my luggage since tea in American hotels is lacking in flavor.

I first found Yorkshire Tea in the UK, and after decades of drinking coffee, I haven’t touched coffee since!Even after moving back to the US, I couldn’t forget Yorkshire Tea, so I searched for it and found it on Amazon at a good price. The taste is just like the one I had in the UK.Last time, I ordered two boxes, but smaller packs (less than five) come in an Amazon plastic bag, so the boxes can get crushed.This time, I bought a 5-pack, which was packed together in an original box and then placed inside an Amazon box — everything arrived perfectly intact.If you’re worried about crushed boxes, I recommend buying in sets of five!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was just looking for a new tea blend.

This is my favorite tea, and has been since I first discovered it while a college student spending a year abroad in York. The little Taylors tea shoppe was a favorite stop, but I was too poor to go there more than once a month. I brought home one treasured box and made it last as long as possible. Imagine my joy when I found it again, years later, here on Amazon. Over the years the price has become more reasonable (or maybe my income has been able to accommodate it more easily?) - but I still stretch out the box as a special treat.

The is a very good Earl Grey tea for serious tea drinkers. It has a strong flavor that casual tea drinkers might find undesirable. If you like big flavor this tea is for you. Just remember to make sure the water has a temperature of at least 212 degrees.

Good flavor, very satisfying, I like it overall. BUT.it would be so much more civilized and customer friendly if the bag had a string to pull it out of the pot. Why not? No more stained fingers, clumsy tongs or forks. Why not? Too expensive for this company, I suppose.
