Is there any removal required for the mirror or are decals cut to fit?

It has a circle and a slot cut for the mirrors. We cheated a little and I blacked out the mirrors and rear spoiler so I filled in the orange area around the mirror( small space) with the same hot rod Black out paint.

Doesn't say anywhere whether there are 1 or 2. is this a pair?
