Q: My rack has 1" holes. can still use this product?

Technically, yes. As long as you don’t mind some wiggling with the attachments. Could always place spacers to make a tighter fit to your preference. Hope this helps !

Q: Can you attach the titan T3 or REP PR4000 pulley system to it?

Just get a REP PR5000. You won’t regret it. Compatible with Rogue Monster accessories. Note REP crossmember are 41” (ie pullup bar) and Rogue are 43”.

Q: Will these fit on a Marcy SM-8117 half cage to replace 9 inch safety catches?

I am not familiar with the Macy SM-8117 half cage. However, I do not think these will properly fit your rack, since the Signature Safety catches are designed for 3" x 3" square uprights that accepts a 5/8" pin.
