how do i charge the unit, lost directions

I am trying for the 3rd time to charge this item, first attempts unsuccessful (with USB-A & C, trying a different outlet this time). Have had no problem w/other chargers. Return requirements as noted elsewhere are quite onerous. Caveat emptor. Hope this does the trick but regardless no plans to buy this brand again.
