Looks great and UL listed
Haven’t hooked it up yet but very pleased at the overall appearance and if it works as advertised ill be a happy camper, ha its for my airstream solar system…. Anyways I got the UL listed because ive always thought the heavier it is the better when AC/DC coils are involved and this thing is a beast at 50lbs compatible to its identical non UL listed version that weighs in at just 24lbs. For 200$ I figured twice the weight in electronics and windings why not. I’ll report if any problems but create, Box, package all in perfect condition so fingers crossed on operation.

Got a Defective Unit, don't buy victron on Amazon
I have used several of these, in different applications, these are great units, albeit expensive, but I expect victron products to be high quality, reliable, and carry a 5 year warrantyHowever, this unit, purchased on Amazon was not working properly. Because of the complex nature of installing these things (this was a second one I was connecting in parallel with an existing one to have split phase 240v), it took more than Amazon's standard 30 day return window to discover that the unit was not functioning correctly. Amazon referred me to victron, Victron expects the dealers to deal with warranty and service issues, back and forth... All I wanted was a replacement that wasn't faulty. Amazon said they couldn't just replace it. Eventually Amazon said I can return the unit passed the 30 day return window and get a refund. So I ordered another identical unit, on Amazon, and returned the faulty one. However, almost two months went by since I returned it, and I received ZERO refund. So I paid $1388 x2, and ended up with only one unit. This is the last time I'm buying victron products on Amazon.

Great
Love these. Makes cleaner power than PUD.Very heavy though, and wiring is difficult in comparison to the Mulitplus2.Fits better in a vertically small area.

Doesn't work as advertised.
Tried to us 2 on a 50amp rv system and had problems in series 180 and in parallel. The manuals are writen by people who know the product and what they are doing for people that know what they are doing and Victron has no support customer support center. Most place I contacted would not help because I didn't buy from them.

Confirmed by manufacturer a known GFCI tripping problem for USA GFCI breakers. no solution.
Confirmed by manufacturer a known GFCI tripping problem for USA GFCI breakers. No solution except to power the charger part from a non-GFCI breaker or receptacle. It will otherwise trip the GFCI, rendering it unable to charge the batteries. The electrical code has required GFCIs to be used for residential for decades now. So this will only work for old homes that have not been updated to the most recent code.

Non Existent support
Inverter/ Charger worked for a couple of months. Relays or contactors inside became loud and then the unit shutdown.Looked at it in VRM software and it just said fault.Tried to get help from seller as this is what Victron says is the route to take.Seller was no help at all.
