can this be used to seal the outside of a quadrant shower and join the flooring?

I imagine it could be a good solution. I used it on PVE window to keep it tidy where it met the brickworkIts sturdy but not very flexible

This is flamable upvc so should not be near a gas hob. Use white aluminium or a similar item.
