UMF is the international standard of measurement for MGO content. It means it was independently tested for Methylglyoxal (MGO) content. MGO is the Methylglyoxal measurement. However, any label missing UMF is not trust worthy. I can put any MGO number on my label and not be challenged because my honey was not tested by a lab and CERTIFIED to have a basic amount of Methylglyoxal in my honey. In other words, don't trust MGO labeling, only UMF labels. UMF 20+ = 829 MGO units. MGO 550 should equal UMF 15+ but is not certified, so seller can say whatever they want on their label with no proof. For MRSA oral benefits, highest level UMF possible should be consumed. You may also try Oxy Drops which is liquid oxygen - MUST BE DILUTED WITH WATER!!! Use directly on skin wound, and also take it orally. Very effective for MRSA and very safe.

Why is this honey so expensive?

It’s expensive because it can only be harvested 2-3 months out of the year. From New Zealand and it has tons of health benefits.

May be not an orginal one....very light in consistency...QR code not working

From India...don't recommend to buy this product. The tracking QR code is not working. Kiva Manuka honey generally rich, Creamy and thick in texture....but my product is not. It is just like regular honey in consistency. The batch number is showing in umf site...which is good thing atleast. I was planning to buy two more bottles for my family but I am not sure if the product is genuine or fake....so I will avoid it.
