I’m very happy with my new laptop!! it exceeded my expectations. The browser is very fast, and it has great storage. The screen has excellent resolution, and the images look amazing. It’s also great for gaming; the graphics look excellent. The laptop arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable and powerful laptop for everyday use. It was a very good price for this excellent laptop

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It's a decent laptop and fairly lightweight, but it lacks backlit keyboard and there is no way to add it. The laptop supposedly costs over 2000.00 at normal price. How is it possible to sell a mid range laptop that doesn't have keyboard back lighting. Makes no sense. That's why I returned it

The laptop itself is solid — performance is great, build quality is good, and it delivers as expected for a machine in this category. However, I’m writing this review not to criticize the product, but to highlight a questionable pricing strategy.When I bought this device, it was listed as being 72% OFF, which created a strong sense of urgency to purchase. However, after digging through older reviews and listings, it’s clear that the “original” price was artificially inflated to make the discount appear much bigger than it actually was.This kind of marketing tactic is misleading. It takes advantage of customers who think they’re getting a once-in-a-lifetime deal, when in reality the “full price” was never realistic to begin with.Again, I’m happy with the laptop overall — it’s a good machine. But I believe buyers should be aware of the pricing practices being used to drive sales.

This laptop’s price is marked down from an obviously inflated number. This laptop is maybe worth $500 or so in reality. Do not buy thinking this is worth any more than that.

Set up was easy. just be sure you now your Microsoft account info because you will need it. Keyboard is nice as well as touch pad.
