The AI noise-canceling feature is impressive; when I made an overseas call, the person on the other end thought I was calling from within their country due to the clarity of the audio. It effectively blocks ambient sounds, ensuring clear communication.Another great feature is that I can connect both my laptop and my mobile phone simultaneously. It automatically switches to my mobile phone when calls come in while I am listening to music on my computer, so I never miss a call.In terms of comfort, this headset is excellent. I’ve worn it for long phone calls and while listening to music on YouTube, and it feels lightweight. The breathable earmuffs prevent any discomfort, and since one ear remains open, I can still hear what's happening around me while enjoying my favorite tunes.**Observation:**The headset fully charges within 1.5 hours, and the battery life is impressive. This headset is excellent! I’m a very busy mom and this headset frees my hands up to take phone calls. The set up was fast and simple! The ear piece is super comfy and the side with no earpiece doesn’t dig into the side of my head which is nice for longer wear time. The battery life lasts a while. The charging base it comes with is super nice. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours. The audio is very clear. I got my in law one too as he’s a truck driver and he loves it as well, I can’t even hear the truck in the background. I have Also never lost connection to my device while in a phone call or listening to music. This headset is compatible with your phone, laptop. Very nice for work or even school.
