Received my humidifier and took my time setting it up, mostly about its location. Everything else about it was so easy: remove all security tape, set-up app, connect to wi-fi, and fill it up with distilled water. Played around with the settings a bit and signed up for the 30 month extended warranty. Once all that was done, I put her on and that was it. Very quiet, even on the highest settings, and with the wide, adjustable exit flap on top, I faced it away from the wall and more towards my direction in bed. It's still too soon to see a change in my bloody nose situation, but fingers crossed it is a positive one. Now that I have this one for my bedroom, need to get another for my living/dining area. Another Dreo?

I love this humidifier! My husband and I have both been sleeping much better since the air in the room isn't so dry. And the parts all come out easily for cleaning. Other humidifiers I have had you just had to clean the best you could around the parts. I am a low maintenance type of person, so the easy cleaning was almost the best part for me. Would definately recommend!

Work very well

The humidifer is quick in adding moisture to large rooms, but it seems to run out of water quickly. This is however countered by how simple it is to refill with its accessible handle. Though, the width does make it difficult to scrub down and clean especially with the tube in the middle.

This WILL humidifier your room while giving you some nice diffusion and color too!

I have a couple of Dreo DC air-circulating fans which are game-changers. From experience, I know that their instructions and customer support are great, and I like the flexibility the Dreo app gives me. When I saw that they now have a larger humidifier that works with their app, I knew that I wanted to get it.The black front with the LED display looks modern and stylish. You can choose to have it in normal mode or in sleep mode where all the lights are off, and you can choose if you would like to have the ambient humidity indicator light on or off. The container is easily removed, you can add essential oils in a dedicated diffuser in the back, and you can choose between cold or warm mist.The setup is quick – clean the water container, fill it, plug it in, and either set it manually or use the app. Since I have the app already installed it took maybe 30sec to add the humidifier. The app wants location and Bluetooth access during the setup, but both can be turned off after the installation. In the app, you can decide if you want to run the humidifier manually, or automatically, or use the sleep mode (same as automatic without the lights on) and you can set a schedule.The manual setting has 3 levels, and the app shows the humidity level as well as the device. I prefer the automatic setting that allows me to choose the exact target humidity I would like to achieve, and the humidifier stops when it is reached and maintained. Once it drops one or two percent it comes on again. To initially achieve the target humidity the highest setting is used, and it switches to the second highest level to bring it back up once it drops.In the app you can also set schedules of when you want to run the humidifier (for example, you do not have it on when you are away and turn it on before you come back). This is the only feature I wish would be adaptable for the specific devices that can be connected to the app. Right now, you can only choose when a device is turned on and off, and what day of the week (or entire week) you want the schedule to run. It would be fantastic to have the ability to set the fans at different strengths depending on the time, and for the humidifier, it would be nice to have different humidity target levels for different times of day.Overall, another great Dreo product that works well and gives me the flexibility I am looking for.

When I chose to test this Dreo humidifier I honestly thought that the ability for it to work with Alexa and an app was going to prove to be more of a gimmick than anything else. It ends up I was wrong and I am very much appreciating its extra abilities beyond a simple mechanical or “regular” humidifier.The unit itself is well designed and very attractive (see photo). It is easy to fill (I have been using distilled water only and am not using any essential oils with it), and the buttons on the unit itself are very easy to understand and use. I appreciate its night light capability and the flexibility of turning off beeping sounds (for instance when you don't want to wake a partner at night while changing a setting).Regarding the use of the app and its ability to be controlled by Alexa: the app was easy to install and did not ask for extraneous permissions. There was not a category to sync it as a humidifier, so I chose “room fan” and it found the unit just fine. The layout of the app is simple and understandable and in addition to providing me with remote control of all of the features (such as warm/cool mist, the filter life, a cleaning reminder, the current humidity and a chart of humidity over the last 24 hours or 30 days, etc) it also allows programming abilities. and this is where I have made the most use of the app: I have set the humidifier to come on between 7:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. everyday, on a cool mist setting and to my preferred humidity level. I even appreciated it when I received a notification on my phone that the unit was out of water.The directions were complete and well written and easy to follow, allowing me to set up the unit with no issues including the app and syncing it to Alexa. I have been using the humidifier now for a week and have really learned to appreciate the extras that this unit brings Beyond a simpler humidifier.I have found no faults with the design or use of this humidifier and therefore find it to be a five-star product that I would easily recommend to a friend or family member.
