I have been using this digestive enzymes for about 3 months now, I can say my stomach is very thankful about it. The main reason I started consuming it was because I am lactosa intolerant, I couldn't even taste products with milk before. Now I can eat and drink any milk derived products without worrying about have stomach problems. I take 1 pill every morning 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast to help prevent bloating and help my digestive system process all the food through the day.

I'm on a lot of meds, and 3 are for pain, so constipation and IBS are inevitable. I recently started taking these digestive enzymes with DIM+Bioperine daily to lessen the traumatic impact of very infrequent BMs, and they're working fabulously! I do occasionally get gassy, but I'm regular for the 1st time in literally decades after less than a week on this stuff!I recently went on an extended vacation and forgot to pack my "digestion" medicines and I immediately noticed a difference! I was back to bi-weekly and monthly BMs before I reordered. That experience told me this stuff is DEFINITELY working and making a HUGE difference with my system! Best thing i can take for an upset stomach. It works in under 4 minutes for instant relief. If taken daily, less bloating occurs and less pain for those who have GERD.

Really don't know how good it is as the results are not noticeable.

These are terrible. I’ve tried a couple other digestive enzymes and these are the worst. Not only do they just not work but on days I do take them my stomach hurts and my movements are not healthy. I’ve got more than 1/2 a bottle left but refuse to take them because of how much pain they cause when taken them. L

Tried these because they were substantially cheaper than the physician's choice ran and I can honestly say I am not disappointed at all an exceptional product

Great probiotic to take after a meal not only helps with digestion it helps with stomach acids and clears up yeast. Ask your doctor before trying.
