My wife and myself used to have muscle cramps specially at night in our foot arch and sometimes in our calf muscles. Then our family physicians suggested us to take magnesium supplement. I have an ulcer. For some reason, doctors best magnesium gave me a heartburn. But whenI used carbamide forte chelated magnesium, I did not face any issue.

I’ve tried other products of this brand. This is the 1st time using this for magnesium. I’ll give more reviews later as it’s only 1 day since I’ve taken the tablet. So far so good.

Used this product, along with mag citrate, mag liquid, and mag body spray... and together they got rid of my night time foot and calf cramps, as well as intermittent heart palpitations. You have to use many forms of magnesium to make sure you absorb it.As with any supplement, use it until you can change your diet, then get off the supplements (because supplements are NEVER whole food like in nature, no matter what the manufacturer says). These supplements are usually very expensive (in dollars these supplements are about half the price!)... but I only buy supplements that I knew from the U.S. so had to pay extra.
