Energizing Organic Ginseng Extract ✔
This organic ginseng root (Panax ginseng) extract is of excellent quality! The powder is very fine and bitter, which speaks to its potency. I encapsulate it in herbal supplements to improve energy, mood, mental clarity, focus, immunity and overall health and wellness. Consistency is vital when taking this type of adaptogenic stress-relieving herb. It can build up in your system over time and really help you heal and reduce stress in the long term. This ginseng doesn't give you the type of jittery energy you get from something like caffeine (which is overused and hurtful to the nervous system when taken often). It gives you a steady, sustained energy, alertness and balanced sense of wellbeing that keeps you going throughout the day without affecting your ability to sleep at night.Ginseng has been revered and used for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine, and for good reason. Definitely consider taking ginseng if you feel sluggish, stressed, tired, slow, old, fatigued, lack energy, motivation and vitality, are having fertility or libido issues, or suffer from immune deficiency. It can be incredibly helpful for those struggling with debilitating chronic illness. Being a chronic pain, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome warrior, ginseng has been instrumental in giving me back my functionality and strength.Ginseng protects the liver from toxins, may balance blood sugar in diabetes, corrects erectile dysfunction, improves the function of sexual organs in men and women, and helps improve depression and anxiety. It has many other health benefits, but overall, it's a very welcome addition to whatever anti-aging health regimen you're currently on. Although there are some less expensive herbs you can take for similar stimulating effects, like codonopsis or eleuthero (both great energetic adaptogen herbs), ginseng is kind of in a league of its own, and I believe this organic extract powder is awesome! I highly recommend it!

Blood pressure regulation. Google it!!
So I use ginseng because I just love the way I feel. I noticed that some ginseng brands make me super aggressive. Not in a pick a fight kinda way but in a you want to fight let's go kinda way. This stuff doesn't do that sand genuinely seems like PURE ginseng. Absolutely everyone can benefit from taking it. When you read the effects of ginseng you'll start wondering why doctors don't tell you to just take this. I'm currently 31 years old and I was diagnosed with high blood pressure when I was in highschool. I had no reason for it and the cardiologist couldn't figure it out. It's affected me in different ways through the years but I refused to take meds for it because technically it wasn't to the point of being dangerous. I wound up having a mild heart attack one morning before work while sitting on the toilet. I had to do something about it but didn't know what. Came across ginseng and liked what I heard so I gave it a try. Well... My BP monitor gave me the lowest numbers I had ever seen in my life. I felt kinda weird but that's normal when your blood pressure changes a good bit. Up and down. I stopped feeling like that and my blood pressure is completely normal. I don't even take it every day. Ginseng is a blood pressure regulator. Meaning it'll lower it if it's too high and it will raise it if it's too low. Look it up if you don't believe me. If you have blood pressure issues try it. If it doesn't change then slowly increase your dose. If it makes you feel uncomfortable then that means it's affecting your blood pressure which will go away very quickly. I'm not saying it'll help everyone but it 100% helped me not to mention all the benefits for growing hair and sexual health and yada yada. The benefits go on and on and this stuff is very good. And it kinda tastes like peanut butter. Try to take it on an empty stomach for full effect and learn the toss and wash method. Very simple. God bless 🙏

Is Ginseng Worth the Price
Unfortunately I can't answer that question definitively. I have no incredible story to relate about how it cured my imbalance, or illness. I am actually quite healthy for a senior, because of a healthy lifestyle: intermittent fasting, exercise program, and modified Keto diet, slim physique. And, I must say I haven't had a cold or sore throat in many years--but I take many herb supplements such a mushroom powder and other herbs. So why do I buy ginseng that's pricey? First of all, I trust traditional Chinese medicine that says it boosts the immune system. Ginseng is the "king of tonic herbs" that enhances the inner chi energy. I am willing to shell out for this supplement, because good health and long life is a high priority for me (I can't take my money with me!). Microingredients company offers lots of health supplements and appears to be a quality producer--that's important. The company says this is 6 year grown ginseng, and I don't doubt that statement. That's important, because the older the root is, the higher the active ingredient --ginsenosides-is. Here is my true story about ginseng: I lived on a farm in 1994 and met a fellow whose father was a ginseng hunter in the mountains of Virginia, and he gave me an old root. I have no idea how old it was; it could easily have been 10 - 20 years old. I bit off a small portion and chewed on it--wow--it felt like my whole body was suffused with chi energy. That made a believer out me. Probably a rich Asian would pay a thousand dollars for a pound of old ginseng roots or how about dried tiger or rhino balz. If this stuff is too expensive for you then focus on a healthy lifestyle: lose weight using intermittent fasting and a modified Keto diet, daily exercise program, and give up sugar and refined carbs. Ginseng is just a health supplement but it can't replace a healthy lifestyle. Cheers!
