Every piece came in good condition packed very well. Love the pattern and the weight and size of the plates. I didn’t want the very large plates and these are perfect size. Just what I have been looking for. Do wish set came with mugs but did order those separately.

Can't really say anything about the quality because I have purchased for a friend out of state as a wedding gift. She said she and her now husband said they were very good quality and beautiful plates.

These dishes are beautiful and the size is perfect for my mom. They aren’t too big or too small. Look elegant. I would’ve have given 5 stars but they came chipped. I’ve ordered two sets now and each one came with a chipped dish. Per pics that I’ve included: first pic is of the first shipment. A dinner plate came chipped. The rest of the pics are of the second shipment, a bowl came chipped and with a hairline crack from both sides (in and out). It’s seems like it’s a packing issue because the box itself was not damaged either time.Being that my mom is ill and just recently lost her husband, I was trying to surprise her with new dishes to suit her but the chip in the plate was the first thing she saw and was disappointed.Customer service: I got reimbursed for the first set and said not to send it back. I was surprised. I used the money to get the 2nd set for her. Second set I’ve been told to send it back for reimbursement. So as soon as I can I’ll take it in and update this regarding reimbursement process.

I really love these dished.... need the bowls next... at some point!Very pretty too ! By far my favorite set to date...

One of the plates had a chip. The cups look like something a little girl might use for a tea party; they are very small. I thought the bowls would be bigger. They are not. The bowls are not something you could put pasta in or even soup. You’d have to keep filling the bowl. The plates are okay for me. But , for a guy looking to pile it on, not enough room. All I can say, is the pattern is nice, but definitely not for they price I paid.
