No - it's only accessible via android, iOS and I think maybe Mac-OS

Do these connect to a hawawei phone?

They should connect to any phone that supports Bluetooth !

Are you able to turn the buttons off in the settings?

Hi, you'll have to install the app on you phone or tablet, and I believe you may have to update the firmware. This will allow you to customise the settings, you can set none for each of the presses, and you can do this on both. I hope this helps
