CKeepCKeep Uncut Kinesiology Tape(2 Rolls), Original Cotton Elastic Premium Athletic Tape,Latex Free Hypoallergenic, 2inch x 16ft, Beige

I was looking to find a sports tape that would hold up to various times of sweating, showers, swimming and a few other activities. I wanted a sports tape that would not start rolling same day or the next day. After a couple of days I landed on Ckeep kinesiology tape. I read all the reviews and decided to take a chance on CKeep. You can either shower or clean the area with alcohol wipes. Once air dried you can apply ckeep to the location you need it to help. I keep it on for 4 days on and 3 days off so my skin can breathe and heal if needed. I do my physical therapy, shower, pull weeds and try walking a short distance. CKeep has not moved yet. It holds up through everything. It doesn’t roll at all for me. The attached pictures show CKeep holding strong. I applied it on Thursday and I will be taking it off on Sunday. Be very careful because it is on very well and you do not want to rip your skin off when removing the tape. You can add oil or Alcohol onto the strips to assist with the removal of the tape. I like this brand but thr ONLY thing I’m con I see is you should get more kinesiology tape on each roll. The price is not bad and and you are getting quality vs quantity.

I use this for mouth tape to sleep with (my retainer makes it impossible for me to sleep with my mouth closed), and it's by far the cheapest and best option I've used so far. I used to buy the pre-cut mouth tape from different brands but they were too big, didn't have enough of a hold, had too much of a hold, or smelled very weird. This tape also has a temporary weird smell when you first take the plastic off, but it fades within 12-24 hours and then there's no smell. I use cuticle scissors to cut it to the size I want and I love it. An entire roll lasted me about five months, so way better price and fit than brand name mouth tape.

Tape is good quality and sticks to the skin throughout the usage period. Tape retains its elasticity. i can see how some people have a hard time taking off the tape. its adhesive is somewhat strong, but it needs to be that way to stay on your skin. when you remove the tape, do it carefully and slowly and use baby oil if you need to. I say this tape is a good value. I would buy again.

Solid product. Good adhesion. I use it to tape/support my ankle. Tape has sticking power for multiple days and it still has a strong hold when I take it off. Tape used on caressing to wrap ankle and under foot for arch support. Great product. Good value.

Honestly, I think this one sticks better and longer than the more expensive brands. Sometimes that’s a blessing, sometimes that's a curse. Overall, worth it if you’re not married to other brands.

it is good, it sticks to the skin well but easy to remove as well. i've buying this product all the time.

Thus stays on for 5 days working in the Fl heat. Perfect amount of stretch to give support but not cut circulation

After wrecking my shoulder over the weekend this tape is all that got me through my week of rehearsals. I highly recommend this, it held great even while I was sweating, it’s soft on the skin but is still strong. No sticky residue when removed, easy to put on and take off.
