Is this fridge loud? Would it be quiet enough for people to sleep if in a bedroom?

I got this for my son for Christmas and he is using it in his bedroom. He said it’s quiet and doesn’t bother him at all.

Does anyone know what it costs in electricity to run one of these per day please?
