This is a great product. The taste is kind a light but good. Doesn't hurt your throat. Refreshing too. Helped me a great deal in my digestive issues. Also great for bloating issues. Kindly believe me when I say this. It's not at all good . It has super high value of sodium which they don't even mention in the product pics. 242 mg of sodium per tablet. Not a joke !! Beware guys. It's not good.
