It was very easy to set up and connect to our 2 PTZ cameras but the set pattern,set home and set patrol functions are not working and the zoom speed control is also not working. Disappointed!!!

Una vez configurado, el funcionamiento es preciso y correcto. Pero también tengo que advertir que, al menos en mi caso, las cámaras PTZ (que son de la misma marca que este controlador), no eran encontradas si Zowietek Teclado IP PTZ estaba conectado en modo POE. Lo curioso es que encontraba un enconder que tenía emitiendo en la misma red en modo RTSP. Se me ocurrió conectar el controlador mediante el transformador de corriente suministrado, y enchufando el cable ethernet al puerto switch no POE. En ese momento encontró las cámaras inmediatamente, y funcionar sin problema. La latencia es mínima y la pantalla se ve muy bien y con colores bastante fieles.

Il prodotto è originale e funziona benissimo. Mi sono bastati un paio di minuti per configurarlo anche se non avevo mai visto un controller ptz. Purtroppo dovendo abbinare la telecamera ptz della stessa marca (il modello in 4k) con altre telecamere televisive da studio, ho bisogno dei maggiori controlli, quali il controllo del bilanciamento colore e la regolazione della colometria, cose che non si possono fare con questo strumento. Ho dovuto optare pertanto per quello dalle caratteristiche superiori, rinunciando al display di visualizzazione immagine.

初めて使ってみた感想です。まだ使い始めたばかりです。カメラをサーチしたら直ぐに設置しているカメラが出てきました。カメラ映像がコントローラー部に映し出されていてジョイスティックでの操作は直感的に分かるので楽しくなりました。安定性などはまだわかりませんが、使いやすさは良いと思いました。

I bought this product to connect with my WiFi camera now a days most of people used WiFi camera rather then hard wired camera. I Was not able to get the controller to work with my camera because the only port that is function is the RJ45, which the otherwise worthless manual clearly states (contradicting the specifications in the Amazon listing. The other ports are just there for future use or decoration I guess. The is zero tech support available. Neither the box or the manual have any information that would lead to contacting tech support.Rs232 port does not work and isn't clearly indicated. If your purchasing to use specifically to control a camera using rs232 it will be a useless product.Overall junk and not right product based on given product description please do not buy it
