How long does it take to charge?

Not long ours is used a lot and we just pop it on charge when were finished. Brilliant bit of kit. Works wonders on arthritic fingers

Can it be used just with heating (no massaging, compression)?

The heat setting can be used but with min massage. The massage is barely noticeable. I would recommend this product every time its brilliant for arthritis etc. Best thing we ever bought
