Best ice pack I’ve bought, and I have a lot of them. This one is fantastic for the knee, but works for other areas as well. My husband used it when he broke his ankle and foot and said it was the best one that we have. I used it when I had knee surgery. It is thick, stays cold longer than most because it is thick, and it velcroes perfectly around the knee. I’m actually able to Velcro it around my knee and if I need to go walk around, it still stays in place. The Velcro is great quality and the straps as well. I get more pain relief from this ice pack more than any others I’ve used!

Terrific product. I ordered a twin pack of these and also an ice machine for use after my knee replacement. I also had other ice packs in the freezer so I had choices and always had something ready to use. These beat all the others. Got cold fast. Wrapped around my knee solidly. Lasted a good 30 minutes each time I used it. Quality product!

This ice pack exceeded my expectations. I just recently had a total knee replacement and was struggling with finding the right ice pack. This one is about 17”x10” and provides complete coverage. It’s heavy and durable and has straps so that it wraps around and can be held in place. I wish I had had this the day after surgery. Fabulous product and the price was reasonable. I get about 30-40 minutes with each use. Pop it back in the freezer for an hour and it’s ready to go again. Great product.

This works well, gives good pain relief, and gets super cold. It is heavier than I expected, which can be a good thing - unless your knee injury cannot stand any weight on it. It is a good size, and the velcro straps are ample enough to wrap the entire knee. It is a little cumbersome to use at first, especially if you cannot bend your knee.When competely frozen it is pretty stiff, but fairly easy to use once you work it a bit.Unfortunately, after using it only 4 times, it is already leaking by some of the stitches. I will just cover with duct tape, I guess.

I bought two of these to use for my husbands knee after replacement surgery. They were perfect for use after his physical therapy. I wish I had bought three to allow each to freeze thoroughly between icing sessions. So much easier than ice packs hat needed a towel to protect the skin. One side is a soft suede that can for directly on the skin, and the Velcro straps keep it in place. Worked great!!!

This was a great cold gel brace that wrapped around my knee perfectly. The straps were long enough and easy to adjust.Works very well when icing the knee while raised. Don't expect to be able to walk around with it. The weight on the brace will not hold in place if you are walking.

I’m a 5 foot 11 330 pound guy and this fits me perfectly. I recently had an operation and found it very difficult to use regular ice packs, however, icing my knee daily is absolutely essential. This thing goes on super easy without the need of any sort of towel or other layer separating the skin from the ice pack. You can put it straight on your knee and it’s nice and comfortable. It’s very soft and is way better than I was expecting. I highly recommend and already planned to buy a few more.

I really wanted this product to work & it almost did. My needs were to be able to wear it during work at my desk, as a car passenger, or after physical therapy for my total knee replacement, not just sitting/laying down without moving at all. When fully frozen it kept cool for at least 20-30 minutes as is stated in description. A definite plus. It does not cool as well, or enough, over clothes though, which was a primary need. The soft side was nice against skin when I tried it in shorts, the vinyl side, which is cooler, requires you to have something between the pack & your skin to prevent ice burn. I needed the pack to cool the areas around the kneecap & top sides for pain and swelling relief while in pants. It did get colder on the back of the knee & back sides where the straps attach & the pack wraps where there is more gel. My need is on the front areas & the gel is thinner in those areas of the wrap, so I didn't get relief like I hoped. When fully frozen it was not as flexible or moldable as I'd hoped either. It looked more formed on the model. I was not able to get it tight enough to help it stay up when I would need to shift my leg around in my office chair, as I cannot keep my knee in one position too long right now. Product does state that it’s not meant for excessive movement, I didn't realize sitting would be as much of an issue with only leg movement, not walking. The Velcro & straps were secure & the product itself was as described & appears of quality materials. For someone without surgical pain and swelling, I think this product would work well. It was relatively easy to put on, it did hold the cool for the time stated, came with a protective baggie to freeze it in. Instructions were clearly marked on package and on product with freezing time and any warnings, like protecting your skin. I had bought the two-pack in case it worked, so I could swap them out as needed, giving them time to freeze the optimum length of time between uses. Unfortunately, they won’t work for my needs, so I am returning them. I would recommend them to someone who just wants to ice after leg day or someone who has ACL/MCL issues as this is where the gel seemed to concentrate for me.
