Ordered this for my wife and she LOVES it. The setup takes a few minutes to figure out as the directions are not very clear. My wife accidentally had the suction on too high and pulls some skin. Otherwise, this is a great tool and she loves it. After a few uses, she is able to complete an application without any negative side effects. It scrubs the skin and pulls away any dead cells and built-in grime from makeup powders. great tool and we have recommended it to my sister-in-law who also reports great results with it.

I was in the hospital could try this. No INSTRUCTIONS were included. So I don’t know how to even charge it. Don’t see a place to charge this, is this a joke?Not funny.

Can’t really understand the directions. No pictures and WEIRD English. I can’t tell if I am using it correctly or how to clean it.

On the surface, the product looks great, but in reality it's not really effective, I didn't feel any change, it didn't clear up blackheads or shrink pores. Bottom line, it's a waste of money 😵‍💫

Like price and unit is nice overall. But instructions are non-existent on how to use on skin. There are 3 diamond heads but no identifiers on the actual heads. They all look alike. So I would recommend spend 20.00 more dollars and get clear instructions.
