No, there is not. We only offer these with 1/4" NPT fittings.

Am I correct in assumeing this would have to be grounded for the sensor to work?

I would assume it does not. I would think that water in the coolant system would act as your pathway to ground thru the engine block. If the specific sensor requires a ground, i would think it would have 2 leads.

Will this fit a 1996 upper radiator hose , its 1.5 inside diameter, will i be able to hook up my temp sensor for the electric fans sorry its a 1996

I put mine on a 2004 chevy and worked....as long as the hose is 1.5 inside diameter it should work anywhere!....Just slice and install
