Ice may not seem to be anything to think about but using this tray makes ice more a focus especially with mixing cocktails . Silicone tray is smaller 1.25” rather than the standards plastic 1.5 trays that are available in most refrigerator freezers . Easy to use , took a few minutes to realize that the cubes can be pushed out individually. Also this tray eliminates the brittle ice shards when removing cubes from the standard plastic trays, takes up less space and the ice cube looks great in drinks. The square cube looks great in cocktails or in highball/long drinks. I purchased this product again and can recommend it

This is my third set of these cube trays and they are every bit as good as my first set that I've had for more than 10 years now. I don't use the ice maker on my refrigerator but these make a far more superior ice cube to any ice maker I've experienced. Yes, they can be a little difficult to get the ice out of the tray but they produce cubes of ice that last longer in my drinks.

Love these. Kinda hard getting them out at first, but I learned to kinda push & peel them down and out. Must be careful after filling cuz they’re not super stiff. Love the square cubes!

I don't like plastic, and am attempting to eliminate its use in my house as much as I possibly can. When silicone products started appearing on the market many years ago, I avoided them, thinking they were just another form of plastic. I was wrong. I've done extensive research on the material since, and I have not found one thing that I consider objectionable or warrants not using these products. Silicone is an inert material and doesn't emit any of the chemicals plastic products emit. So, that said, the tray themselves are very good, sturdy, and make nice solid and perfectly square cubes. They are compact and take up little freezer space (stackable too). The frozen cubes are easily removed from the tray, either individually or all of them at once. I use the trays mainly to make frozen lemon cubes which I then store (in a glass container) in the freezer so that I have fresh lemon juice when I need it for a recipe. The color of these trays is so vibrant and fun to look at. I bought the red ones, but I think most of the colors are nice. You can't go wrong with these trays.

I would have initially given this four stars. The only initial complaint I had was that the ice cubes were hard to remove.I have had these trays for over a couple years, where I have been pleased with the size and shape of the ice. I almost never use ice, which is why I probably never realized the increasingly bad smell/taste. Additionally, I only ever use ice for mixed drinks, so perhaps the drinks overpowered the off-flavor from this product. I thought the ice tasted a bit odd from time to time, but after cleaning the tray the flavors became undetectable every time this happened.I own the Tovolo Sphere Ice Molds, and I LOVE them. I do not get any off-flavor, and I find them easy to use. I am surprised that these are the same brand.I have never given a product one star before. This mostly stems from the fact that I have been trying to locate the horrible smell in my freezer for months and months. I never took the time to focus on what I thought would be the last thing to smell. Since I rarely made ice, I just didn't notice sooner. I finally took them out today for heavy scrubbing, and now I can smell it from the kitchen drying rack as I sit in the living room typing this review. I tried dish soap, bleach, vinegar, Pine-Sol, boiling water, and let them soak in soapy water for hours. Nothing. If anything it smells worse. I will simply have to get rid of these trays. I feel bad giving up.On a positive side, the construction of the trays feels sturdy, and the ice cubes do look nice. Overall, it's just not worth it. Maybe it's not 100% silicone, I'm not sure. Just please stay away if you are sensitive to plasticy aromas and flavors.

I needed the specific measurement but the cubes are much larger! Also the molds came warped in shape. Other than that it looks good quality and if you are just making decorative ice, 🧊 it seems like a decent option

So I just moved to a new city into a beautiful apartment in a 1900 vintage Craftsman building. As I'm moving in, setting up, figuring out where furniture fit, grocery shopping and running endless errands, y'know, the usual when you move, I opened the freezer and: No ice cube trays.So I went to my local Target figuring I'd deal with that right away and found some silicone ice trays, brought 'em home put water in them and the next morning, I went to throw some ice cubes in my steel insulated water bottle and they wouldn't go in through the opening. Bigger ice cubes is a current trend with craft cocktails, I get that but what about just normal things where you want regular sized cubes. I went a few other places and couldn't find ANY ice trays that weren't oversized.So, to Amazon I went. These came a couple of days later and they're perfect. I use them all the time and the cubes even fit in my water bottle — which is a good thing since we've been averaging 100+ degrees a day for over six weeks...Great purchase, good price and I'm very very happy.

Trays are smaller than your average ice tray. Wouldn't have minded a few extra rows of cubes to each tray but size of cube itself is perfect, not too big, not too small. Slight force needed to extract the cubes but I let them sit out on the counter for a couple minutes to make it easier. Overall happy with this purchase.
