Does this hold a Yubikey?

Yes, the standard USB-A and USB-C style YubiKeys fit very well.

Does it hold larger keys?

It depends. If you mean larger headed flat metal keys, then yes, the Pivot will hold them securely in place without unintended loosening. Plastic headed keys do not fare as well because they move around a bit more and because they are often either convex or concave. You can always connect those to the D-ring in the back. In summary, if you stick with metal headed keys, you should be in good shape.

Why didnt you offer a replacement when mine broke?

We proudly back ALL of our products with a one year limited warranty. We will gladly offer a replacement product if your Keyport is defective and you contact us. Where can I get the camo one?

The camo is a faceplate that can be affixed to any of the Slides and Pivots. Check out there website not sure they are on the Amazon.
