Whats the runtime on theses things?

Are you talking about the 56v blower? If so it lasts for 5 minutes tops. It is so frustrating and of course another battery is over $120 stick to gas and avoid the frustration. Unless you have a job that will last for 10 minutes tops, I would hard pass

How much does the leaf blower weigh with battery?

One model with the one battery set up is 3.7 pounds without battery/ 6.24 with battery . with these weights from the manufacturer they are saying the battery weighs 2.5 pounds. The other 2 battery set up is 6.6 pounds without batteries. So the 2 battery set up should end up weighing 11.6 pounds with batteries.

Will this work is you're over 5 feet tall?

Absolutely. You can even take it up on a ladder and it will still work!
