Could I use these to hang an extractor fan on a honeycomb plasterboard partition wall

As long as the plasterboard is thick enough to carry the fixings. Should be OK.

Can you use these on composite walls

The secret behind them is there has to be a gap between the plasterboard and wall. That’s how it works. So providing the gap in the wall exists you’ll be fine.

Can these be used on static caravan walls?

I don’t know what your walls are made of but as far as I know, the fittings are really intended for plasterboard. Perhaps Bullfix have a tech advice number?

Would these be sufficient to hold a 65 inch tv?

Yes absolutely. Check what weight your TV is but I expect it's about about 20Kg. According to the Bullfix data sheet each fixing can take between 29 - 116 Kg depending on how the load is applied. With 4 fixings sharing the load of a 20Kg TV you are more than safe. The only caveat I would put is whilst Bullfix is an excellent choice for flat wall TV brackets & Tilting TV brackets, we would not recommended ANY plasterboard fixing for use with Cantilever TV brackets where the centre of gravity for the TV is more than 200mm from the wall.
