Are these stackable? Can you stack one on top of another and then do they stay that way somewhat easily?

Somewhat stackable. They are basically flat on top but the plastic slides easily so it may or may not work for you.

Is there a travel case for these? I'm using them for 7x per day, and I bought 8 of them. Would love to have a container for 4

Mine did not come with a travel case. When I travel with them I secure them in my suit case netting that it has. Sorry I can't help more.

How many large (calcium size) pills it can hold? I have five large pills, three small.

Should hold it with no problem! I have more than that!!

How many aspirin will each compartment hold?

Ok. I didn’t have round regular aspirin but I do have caplets. So, I filled one compartment and it held about 30 caplets.

Love these med boxes. Traveled well, no worry about opening in bag and most importantly they fit nicely in medicine cabinet. Wish they were labeled am and pm but choose colors to represent. They fit a lot of meds and supplements without getting crammed and still easy to open.
