I tried different cushions and this seems to have the best support due to the gel padding. Others have unsupported foam which does not support well.The gel padding also provides a cooling effect which is a pleasant feature I did not expect.In terms of back pain, it does the job by preventing pressure on your back.

It works as advertised. High Quality memory foam with cooling pad. Felt real nice and took pressure off my tailbone. Finally was able to sit straight without pain.

As I expected... over the time of use of it for nearly two months, the piece relieved me of the back and coccyx pain that I suffered from while driving my Tesla Model 3 for a long time, especially since the car seat has a sporty shape and is uncomfortable for me personally.
