Great board book! Perfect for my 3-year-old. He's thrown it around, in the air, on the ground, and stomps on it... still in one piece and functions well! The poppers are sturdy and durable. My son's speech teacher showed him this same book, she said Shes had it for years. Great value for your money. It is somewhat heavy, so may not be safe for smaller babies, in case they drop it on their feet or hands. Storyline is great, interactive and interesting enough for my toddler. Recommend for preschool age children!

We bought the Melissa & Doug Poke-a-Dot: Old MacDonald’s Farm book for our 16-month-old, and it has been a total hit! The vibrant illustrations and sturdy pages immediately caught their attention, but the real magic is in those poppable buttons.Our little one is absolutely obsessed with poking the dots—there’s something so satisfying about the “pop” sound that keeps them engaged for ages. It’s not just fun; it’s also great for building their fine motor skills. We love watching him explore the pages while we are singing along to “Old MacDonald.”The book is well-made, with thick pages that hold up to enthusiastic (and sometimes rough) little hands. It’s also the perfect size for tiny fingers to turn the pages and pop the buttons with ease. As parents, we appreciate how portable it is and how much value there is in a single book!If you’re looking for a toy that’s both entertaining and educational, this book is a must-have. This is a BIG book. Very sturdy and durable. Love the popping concept. Was planning on this for the diaper bag, but it’s a lil too heavy and large so it will be a home book. But still great!

My middle child was upsessed with this book, so much so that we ordered another for our youngest. This book teaches children to count while providing hours of entertainment. I think that this book is a great way for Kids to get excited about books. The pop its are easy to use for my 18 month old and has the perfect amount of pop. My 18 month old is able to carry it around the house so it's not too heavy. The pictures make the book fun to look at for toddlers and has bright colors. I think that this book is a great value and definitely worth the money spent.

My toddler loves these books so much!!! After finding our first poke- a- dot book, which was a Christmas one, I was so happy to discover that there were other kinds as well because my son would not part with his Christmas one and would take it with him everywhere and we were way past Christmas time at that point haha If you have a little one get this! We have three already and most likely will be getting some more because they are not just fun and great quality but also very pretty and look great on a book shelf!

Firstly, the book counts down from 10 to 1, which feels a bit odd. I think it would be more intuitive and effective for children to count from 1 to 10.Another concern is the durability. The book broke a bit after moderate use, which was disappointing. Additionally, the book is very thick and quite heavy for kids. Parents need to be cautious when their little ones try to lift it, as it can easily fall from their tiny hands and potentially cause injury.Despite these drawbacks, the book is still a fun and engaging educational tool that my child enjoys. With a few improvements, it could be even better.

My kids love these books! The popping keeps them engaged and entertained! It was a daily read for us for quite some time! It’s pretty durable and has held up well.
