Yes my pkg of 8 came the the same type I buy in a sealed card like other batteries.

Q: Will these batteries last for a while when using them for the Blink doorbell camera?

Yes, the Energizer Lithium batteries are great. I have used them in a few extra dummy security cameras (that have blinking lights), that are used along with my security system. The batteries last almost 3 months before needing replacements.
