Can these be thrown into ports potty ?

No! Many port-a-potties are cleaned with a hose and suction method. A cardboard toilet paper roll can clog the vacuum, not to mention a large plastic bag, even if it is biodegradable. They usually clean the potties once a week, at least. The bag will not degrade that quickly. It's just not a nice thing to do to the potty cleaners.

Question for the seller: Where should these be disposed of? Putting them in regular trash is a bad idea.

I asks myself that same question I couldn't find any place to dispose It but putting them into trach can by making sure I rebag it good so I went to buy trach bag heavy duty trash bags and make sure it was secured that nothing fall out or smell so yes I dispose it into a garbage dump fully secured with heavy-duty trash bags and you will definitely need to double baguette

Biodegradable is not the same thing as compostable. Where is the 3rd party tested biodegradable certificate #? It's not on the bags.

Paper wrap around the bags states: “meets stringent requirements of municipal composting programs and the Australia (AS-4736) American (ASTM D 6400) and European (EN13432) standards.”

Why wont these ship to California?

Update: I checked ebay and you can get them shipped to CA if you buy them there.
